White Strawberry is a unique strawberry variety from Japan. They are sweeter, larger, and have a softer mouthfeel than normal strawberries. It was only fitting for us to pair our signature ingredient with the flavors of this coveted berry to balance out Matcha's grassier, bitter notes.
